Self Awareness is a central concept in the teachings of Ancient India. It enables one to authentically understand and truly know oneself. If the water is muddy, one can never see the bottom of the lake. Similarly, if one’s Mind is not clear, one can never discover their true self. Self awareness is the foundation of all Self Development as one cannot develop what one isn’t aware of.
This course educates about Physiology and Psychology, highlighting their bilateral relationship and interdependence. The construction of a Personal Philosophy, founded on these two pillars, is what we understand as Self Development. It facilitates awareness of our self at a basic level that one can perceive and practice in one’s daily life. Simple and insightful practical exercises make this course engaging and fun to undertake.
